By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below

GENERAL TERMS

  • Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and in this case your commission will be canceled

  • I reserve the right to refuse commission at any time until payment is made

  • If you send payment without my approval (I haven't told you the right amount or sent you the payment link), I have the right to cancel the commission

  • If you use any of my art anywhere, please credit me

  • I don't send PSD

PAYMENT

  • Payment via Cards/PayPal

  • Payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving the payment link (otherwise I will cancel your slot)

  • Full prepayment, no refunds (due to sanctions in my country)

  • Be prepared that the price may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork

PROCESS

  • Max deadline - 4 months (I usually draw in a month)

  • A few simple edits I do for free, the rest for an additional fee

  • After starting the work I'll show you the rough sketch

  • If you want WIP's you can ask me at any time

  • Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by ME in commerce

  • You're allowed to use the final product for Non-Commercial use only (unless we've discussed buying the right to sell)

  • You must credit me when sharing or using my artwork

  • Using my art for AI training/generating/creating is not allowed
